Awful awful awful customer service. I had to repeatedly check the online service to see where my parcel was, every day it was out for delivery and every day it was taken back to the depot. I was given excuse after excuse, the first being that there was a road closure...well no one else in the area was aware of this, the second time there was no excuse and no customer service and the third time they couldn't find the address. No other delivery service has a problem finding the address, or finding the other 12 houses that are down the same lane. Any customer service I received was just rubbish, I have to go back to the sender and ask them to change everything and delay the delivery even more. Never ever ever use this service. It is terrible.
*Updated from previous experience - scheduled a collection for Friday 3rd January due to a broken item (which may well have been broken during the delivery) that needed to go back to the retailer within a certain amount of working days. Called at 3pm to see where driver was, and was told that there was no scheduled collection. I have a confirmation email from Yodel themselves to state that there was a scheduled collection. Hung up phone, received text message to say that collection could not be made on Friday 3rd due to delivery driver having unexpected delays...in other words couldn't be arsed! They are due to collect today, but lets see.
*Updated again..still no collection even attempted and no customer service to indicate what is going on. Plus, unfortunately, a company uses Yodel that I ordered from on 1st January. They attempted delivery yesterday but could not gain access, what to a public road??? Of course. In other words, could not be bothered to deliver! Atrocious service
