On ordering our chairs I was excited to receive them. I received limited communication from made.com throughout the time waiting for my order to arrive. When it did eventually arrive I was horrified that I spent almost 3 hours with my partner putting the chairs together. The quality of the product was very poor and they were very difficult to put together. I would not say they were 'made' at all.
