My 'customer service' experience with this company has been shocking. It is Monday evening, having waited in yet again all day and night (they collect anytime up until 9pm) and no collection of our package....which was originally booked in for collection last Wednesday! It is quite trying on your patience to wait in for that length of time, as I have pretty much every day since. I called them Thursday after the no show told they would come Friday, waited again all day, called them at about 7pm as still no one arrived and told they collect up to 9pm so we need to keep waiting. Staff although polite are rendered useless and unable to offer good service as they can't see much info on their computer, it doesn't show who the collector is, so they can't contact them, nor are they able to make outgoing calls, so they won't call you back, you have to keep ringing them, at great cost. Terrible telephone service, 0800 number costs loads, and they run a long recorded message, followed by immediate transfer to music playing if they are busy. Thats if you get through at all, on most attempts I was cut off after several minutes on hold with the music, or after selecting the annoying number options. Sure enough at about 9pm on the Friday we found an out card through the door, but we had been in the whole time! Tried checking the out card number online, it says the number is not recognised! Waited in Saturday as the out card said they automatically attempt re delivery the next day including Saturdays for residential: nothing. Called again Monday told they automatically retry the next working day. Guess what? No show again, so looks like yet another phone call tomorrow and yet another 13 hours wait in the house for them to collect. In summary, possibly the worst service I have ever encountered.
