After sending my Samsung Galaxy S2 to this company with a promise of over £109 I fell into the Cash4Phones trap. After sending the phone which had spent all its life in a case and with a screen protector and so was in pristine condition they sent me an email with a ridiculously low offer and it failed tests due to 'excessive wear and tear'. I even paid the return fee of £8.95 on 10th June 2013 and their website stated the phone was returned to me on the 11th June 2013. To this day the 17th September 2013, I have still not received the phone back and despite direct emails and a message on their online system on 10th July 2013, I have heard nothing. I will be staring legal proceedings against this company shortly.
