So glad I didn't go to specsavers!

What a deal! The rimmless glasses I chose from SelectSpecs would have cost me the earth at specsavers, but I was so pleased with the price that I can afford to buy more.

safercigs really lives up to it's name sake.

I bought an ego-t and e liquid from safercigs. The delivery was quick and well packed. I also liked the shrink wrap that is on all of the liquids they sell as I know it has not been opened and tampered with giving me peace of mind. I also enjoy watching the u tube videos of safercigs which were really helpful to a newbie to vaping like me.
I will only buy from them in the future as I feel "safe!"

Taking funds from bank without authorisation

I have now had 2 horrid expericences. Unless you pay by cash then don't bother. First expericence I ordered food and restaurant was closed. Paid by debit card. No refund. Complained. Was told refund was £2 less than I paid. instead of refunding me Just eat debited my account then said they couldn't actually do that. That was a complete lie because after many weeks of telephoning and emails finally my refunds were sorted. No apologies by the way.
Today I have guests and decided to try ordering again after many months of not trusting Just eat. BIG MISTAKE!!
Paid by debit card but the restaurant is too busy. I now have no food and have to wait for a dam refund. OMG!!! I want to scream out very loud.
DO NOT PAY BY CARD DO NOT PAY BY CARD DO NOT PAY BY CARD! Now why didn't I learn the first time?

I am sorry to hear that your experience with Just eat has not been good for you so far. Please can you email me directly at Kerrie@just-eat.co.uk along with all you details and I will investigate this for you.

Just to clarify Firstly, have you checked that your money ever left your account? It is most likely that the money has never left the account at all and so it may seem as if you are not receiving the refund.

Part of the ordering and authorisation service is to establish you have the funds available to complete the transaction. At this point, your bank will “ring-fence”/pre-authorise these funds, showing them as unavailable in your account. This is because your bank has committed to making this payment. If your order is cancelled and we do not complete the transaction, your bank will release these funds back to you. This can take up to 6 working days or longer depending on your bank. This means you will never see transaction information for the amount as it has never left your account to be returned.

If however, your money HAS been taken out of your account and you have not received a refund, Please advise me immediately so we can look into this further for you.
