Excellent customer service

Had log-on problems, couldn't change password, but all worked the following day, customer services response was clear, helpful and positive. However, the transfer I later set up expired - this would have been due to my oversight in not completing the last action but I would suggest that if the user interface was looked at then improvements/prompts might be possible for people like me.
