purchasing experience is no better or worse than most others. I would have expected to be able to pick a time slot instead of am/pm. I now anticipate it will be pot luck how long I have to wait depending on how many people are in the queue and what they are queuing for.... I cant rate the quality of service as its not happened yet although I am aware of the reviews left via reviewcentre.com so I shall wait with baited breath ....and some trepidation ......
The fridge/freezer was purchased at a very good price. As it was white goods I expected delivery to be slow. I ordered it on-line late at night and I was very surprised when I received a phone call the following morning to discuss delivery. Delivery was arranged for the next day. It duly arrived on time and in good order.
I couldn't ask for more
Mother's Day delivery requested - delivered Sunday itself, well-presented bouquet with good quality flowers which look like they will last.
The only disappointment was that I had a voucher for money off a 1st order and Iflorist was advertising free delivery on some Mother's day bouquets.
It wouldn't let me use the voucher on those where free delivery was advertised ....... thats a bit naughty!
