delivery and bike build let them down, good customer service

My new bike arrived, eventually after being lost by the company’s courier. Tredz did all they could to track the lost item, kept in touch with me and were very polite and helpful throughout but delivery was massively delayed. When the item was eventually found by the courier, they delivered the massive bike box to my elderly neighbour. It was my understanding that I had to be present to sign for the bike but they seemed to ignore this. My neighbour was not happy to be left with a massive bike box in his small cottage all day whilst I was at work , and I was not happy either as I not only lost day of annual leave waiting on the original delivery but now my neighbour is rather annoyed with me.
When the bike arrived the front wheel was not inflated, bought a pump for the specific valve on the tyres and inflated only to find the tyre deflated immediately. The tube had to eventually be replaced and I think a more thorough check could have been carried out on the bike before leaving shop to ensure that it had been built correctly. Tredz sent a new tube and a pump but all this delay meant that I never got to ride my new bike for 2 weeks.
The actual bike itself is OK, not the fastest I have ever owned and the handle bars move constantly despite tightening every bolt I can see. The front mud guard also flaps around a lot when I get up to speed.
