The service seems good but can be improved, especially in the case of rebooking fix that as in my regrets not having received your help to quickly locate a new reservation with the correction of an inadvertent error of mine, and that after two days there had myself to track abruptly canceling other initial reservation having no favorable response from Sky, to finish booking again with Sky, after having canceled the initial operation and insist that prices had similar or more favorable than the that was to change, I just proposed a very high overhead to make the change, which was not real.
