As customers we had lost that good relationship built up with Hot Tub Barn to the point of placing the order. This was due to a lack of interest in our intallation problems and need for information. All that was wanted was the payment not answers to our problems.
After we had positioned the Spa on Tuesday - next day we received a visit from Dave to connect up the system - he carried out the tasks required quickly and efficiently followed by a comprehensive instuction on the use of the Spa and chemical processes.
