I was expecting to receive a parcel yesterday via Yodel from Sports Direct's Next Day Delivery Service. Unfortunately I received nothing, although it says on the myyodel Parcel Tracker that someone tried to deliver at 21:40. Firstly this is outside the hours stated on the initial delivery notes, and secondly I did not hear the bell or a knock at 21:40, nor did I receive a delivery note.
I cannot seem to get through to anyone at Yodel: a separate Tracking ID number is required, which apparently can only be found on the missed delivery note, again, something I have not received.
I would like a full refund for my Next Day Delivery option and more importantly I would like some info as to when the parcel will be delivered. I have emailed firstname.lastname@example.org and await a reply.
