Very Pleased
I bought 2 items of Mountain Equipment, a fleece and stretch climbing pants. The price was best around and they actually had the colour (Orion Blue) I wanted in stock!! Opted to pick up in store when I discovered at checkout they were in my home town. I wish I had known of them earlier because they beat Cotswold and Rock n Snow hands down. Customer service from Steve was brilliant, I can see Im going to be a regular customer!!

Service GREAT!... Valuation PANTS!!
The phone I sent to mazuma was an LG veiwity Ku770 it was in full working order and its mazuma value was £5.50!! In non working order it was worth £2.20!!! Where O where do they get these ridiculous values.
So due to the fact the phone had caused me some serious Tech-no stress it was too good an opportunity to miss just to get the hammer to the phone!! Worth every 230 pennies of stress relief Ahhhh. and mazuma still gave me £2.20

Suunto X-lander Positive Face with Neoprene Strap
I am wearing it as I speak. After a great deal of trial and error with other companies I had to send back 2 watches of the same type because they had the Negative face, which looking at the images on line you would think it looked easier to read, but no it was only after reviewing the description and information on the Facewest web site, there (product description was excellent) and speaking with a sales staff at Facewest to confirm the watch had the strap I was after (they even got it from the stock room to check), I discovered the Positive face is by far the better of the watches. So I purchased on line at Facewest who incidentally give FREE shipping (one of the very few who do) or you can choose alternative methods ie. Next day, First class etc, Now here's the beauty of my experience. As the watch is a high value item they shipped it Special Delivery so it arrived next day and it was all FREE. Brilliant watch, Brilliant service and just in time for its test run up Ben Nevis!!
