Consistently reliable
Amazon never fail to over-deliver. I have used them on many occasions and have always received my items more promptly than expected and with no hassle. This is a short review because all I can say is that they have been perfect.

Absence of service
I ordered items listed as 'in stock' and paid for next day delivery. 8 working days later the order finally read as despatched. I am writing this another 5 working days later and still have not received my items. My attempts at contacting the company have failed on every occasion as they haven't replied to any of my emails and their phone line, which costs to call, goes straight to an automated 'unavailable' message. I think this site may be a scam so figured I should warn people somehow.
