I bought a phone from the Harlow store and returned half hour later as they give me the wrong charger. The following day i returned the phone because the back of the phone was faulty. I had store credit for the phone as i took it back within the two day returns policy - however when i chose another in which i paid extra for i was told i do not qualify for the two day return on my second chosen phone - The phone was not charged so therefore i cannot completely tell if anything was wrong with it. charged it that night and the battery insight over heated ... This is disgraceful customer service. A few other things got my goat in the store also ...
