Reasonable value for good quality product.
Initial impression was how small the delivered box was. Having now made a start on the contents it is clear that they're a step above the average chocolates. Conclusion is that he price I paid, with free postage thrown in, was fair for the product - a trip into town to purchase something similar from a specialist retailer might mean a lower price product but by the time travel, parking, etc. is included, and time spent, then this is a good value, time saving product and service.

Service was great...
... including catching that the accessories I'd ordered that were incompatible with the rest of my order. The LED strip was assembled and ready to go. The driver and mains connection were as easy to hook up as claimed. The only problem I had was that I'd failed to allow for the length of the connectors between adjacent strips so had to rework the initial installation just a little.

Can't think how it could have been simpler without them sending a man out!
Completely painless - the only way it could have been any easier would be to have a courier collect - but obviously this would cost more.
Really as smooth as it could be!

Not the cheapest, but so nicely made
When there isn't a sale on, prices can be twice that of the cheaper alternatives but they are so much more nicer to wear and better made. The seamless design is great - nothing to snag or rub and the grip gives a nice tight fit that is easy to wear other other things over, depending on the season. Both the sleeves and the back length are good and long - again often a problem with cheaper items. I have been that impressed I'm a repeat customer.
