To take 5 days to deliver an automated message is unacceptable.I guess they just lure you in with low prices which they have no ability to fulfill
Ever since I was a student(many years ago) and had the devastating experience of breaking a bottle of wine that I had just paid for,and having it instantly replaced for free, I have used this company.The staff are invariably courteous and helpful,as befits a company owned by its staff.If sometimes I pay a little extra I console myself in the knowledge that the profiit is distributed fairly amongst those who create it.As the owner of a small retail business I like to place my custom with other small businesses and dealin with John Lewis goes some way to achieving that goal
