I orderd stuff for a lot of money on BeautyBay.com, but the packege never arrived. I red about what to do on your website, but I didn't fully understand what to do. You have to answer the most common questions in more languages, and you have to anwser clearly! I'm not pleased at all and I feel that I have been ROBBED on a lot om my saved money!!! PLEASE help me and others with the same problem!
