Placed order via Online store which was due for delivery 17th Sept.
order status shows Dispatched by supplier 16th, tracked to Yodel Borehamwood 6am on the 17th.
Been sitting at "Received at Yodel Borehamwood" for over two days.
Store says it can't do anything as its with the courier and they can't classify it as missing for 12 days.
So Yodel have either lost it, or its been stolen -either way its their fault I wasted two days waiting in for a delivery that never came and have no idea if it ever will.
I told the online shop to cancel the order and I will buy it from elsewhere, if it ever turns up I will be sending it straight back to them.
Latest update 20th sept. Never heard back from Yodel after emailing details over this morning. However the mail order company have just credited back my money and classified the order as "Did not deliver". So now buying from elsewhere and will not be using either company again as communication has been non existent throughout.
