Inexperienced Sales Staff
Over the years I've bought several mobile phones from this company, but only because of the price. You're better to research the phones elsewhere, either via online reviews or in other stores. Then approach CPW to make your purchase because some of the sales staff haven't got a clue.

We've had many holidays with Crystal & on the whole they have been pretty good with their overall service. When we have had need to complain, they have listened & usually rectified any issues - even paying out refunds where they are due, unlike other companies. They certainly can't be faulted on Ski holiday pricing against other much more expensive companies, and to be fair they do a pretty good job in trying to make the package experience work.
However, beware when adding extras to your online booking or making a complicated booking. Sometimes the details/prices haven't been loaded correctly on their web-site. In which case you'll need to give them a call. But they will honour the online discount if you explain.
