Great service and helpful staff

Never let me down and I've been buying parts from them for over 8 years.

Staff at Portishead have been helpful and knowledgeable - not the disinterested and useless staff found at most retail outlets and no-one trying to sell me an overpriced and useless "warranty" that I do not want.

The only problem I've ever had was with a budget desktop bought for a client, which had a HDD failure after 8 months - after-sales service was probably 4/5 on that occasion and solved the problem with little inconvenience and no cost to us.

The point is, I'm rating the company at 5*, for unbeatable product listings and service, but the budget PC's would probably only get a 3* based on my limited experience (2 machines)
