Bad service given

I order up £1000 worth bed furniture, was given a 6-8 week time limit my order took 10 weeks to be delivered and then there was parts missing. When ever i went into the shop the staff would promise to contact head office and call me back but i never heard from them. Although i must say the furniture was very nice, and was asked where i got it from as my friends liked it, i would love to say to them that it was good customer service, but that not the case. I did not get any compansation for all the trouble i had with your service.
