Picked the bed no problem organized delivery to new home address was told we could have an afternoon slot when paying for the items. They phoned several times the week before to try to deliver early and we told them we hadn't moved yet. Day of the race came and guess what they showed up at the new address at 8 am I was then told that they couldn't deliver to afternoon appointments, they also told me that they couldn't deliver it half a mile away to my old house. So off I went in the removal van and had to collect the bed I had paid £50 to get delivered. Phoned up customer services and was told that you can't book delivery preferences and that they couldn't do anything. So if I had known that I would never have had it delivered that day. So £50 wasted on a delivery service that I had to collect. Lesson learnt never mind just buy a bed from elsewhere next time.
