Just purchased a GTX 780 from ebuyer, and when I got the shipping confirmation email I nearly cried when I saw the carrier is Yodel. I could not believe they use Yodel to carry a graphic card worth 470 quid.
And as expected, my card was delayed by Yodel. 3 days after the estimate delivery date, I finally got the card, with the out box damaged. I have just tested the card and luckily it works fine so I decided to keep it.
I have been using ebuyer for over 4 years and all things goes well when they still use Parcel Force. If they don't stop using Yodel I have to consider using other B2C.

The parcel should be delivered to me on Friday, and I waited at home the whole day, nobody calling at the door. I have checked my mailbox 10pm Friday and there's no call card left so no delivery was attempted. But the tracking information says "Delivery attempted, call card left".
Saturday morning, the tracking information says "parcel out for delivery" so I waited home whole day again for the parcel. And guess what, still nobody calling and I found a call card in the mailbox 8pm. The first call card I got for this parcel said it's the 2nd attempted (HA HA HA what a joke!!!).
If the carrier has come then can he at least TRY TO CALL AT MY DOOR instead of directly putting a call card inside the mailbox!? If he's just coming to delivery a call card instead of the parcel then why should he come anyway!?
