OK, bad first. The Kilner Gift Set arrived rattling. Alas, a gift set of mainly glass bottles was dispatched with no real internal packing, no "FRAGILE" or "GLASS - Take Care" tape.
All the bottles were completely smashed.
However, after a quick phone call to Customer Services, I was told that the product was actually now out of stock but would be back in a couple of days later. Out of courtesy, I was told they would send them out on a next day delivery and better packaged.
I am pleased to say that the goods have now arrived, in one piece and as promised on a next day delivery. Well done customer services!
