Everywas great. The customer service was impeccable and the sales was flexible when it came to swapping chainrings. However, when I got the bike home a rode it properly it seemed the gears were not indexed properly and I had chain rub on the front deraillier. I fixed this myself, but will mention it to the shop in a few weeks when it has its first service. If your spending 2.5k you expect everything to be right. In general very good though and I'm sure sigma would of corrected any probs.
