After ordering a new fridge freezer, it arrived dented and cracked...I pointed it out to the delivery men and as they coudnt be bothered to return it to the warehouse (it is sunday) they told me I had to accept it and ring Curry's and get a replacement. They told me to use it meanwhile. I was not happy and wrote damaged on the signing list. I also noticed several other people had done the same that day...well the customer service line is beyond a joke..the girl on the other end clearly required HRT and accused me of not noticing the men lifting it off the lorry. She then said that as I had plugged it in, I had to accept it AND KEEP IT... even tho I reiterated my instructions from the delivery men. She kept me on hold for 35 minutes, butting in my hold to be even more unpleasant and rude...this was their fault, the service was hideous and she refused to help. CURRYS, YOU ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND DISGUST ME!!! FULL REFUND PLEASE CURRYS, WE ARE OFF TO JOHN LEWIS AND YOU CAN REFUND THE EXTORTIONATE WEEKEND DELIVERY CHARGE FOR TIME WASTED..
