When I phoned up to get the status of an ordered that should have been delivered, and the IVR says you should expect to wait 10 mins, waiting over an hour to speak to someone really isn’t the best customer service. A one off maybe? The next day I was told I’d have to wait 12 minutes, and again waited for over an hour. The customer service reps were great when I spoke to them, but the waiting times were just shocking
I’ve been sent supplements that are out of date. On questioning this I was told “even a year after something goes out of date it’s ok to take”. That’s a hell of a statement. Only after pushing the issue was I given the option of sending it back at my 'own expense', or being given a 10% off my next order. Disgraceful customer service.
