Better late than never

We were originally informed that the item would arrive in 2-7 working days, when we had heard nothing after 7 days I phoned to check why we had not been contacted and was informed that the order had been misplaced and it would be rearranged for delivery the following week.
Once sorted it arrived as promised and the driver phoned an hour prior to delivery as requested.
