Very bad customer service. We have ordered for the pub a prep counter and we paid extra £120.00 for the item to be deliveried on the 1st floor. When the courier arrived he was by himself and not told he needed to bring the item up. As of course it is humanly impossible for a single person to carry a 150kg item we decided not to sign for this item and return it. It's been almost 3 weeks already and no refund was processed because they still have not received the item back from the courier company. It is unacceptable the customer has to be out of the money paid for a service which was not firstly provided as agreed because of the mess of the courier company. Who can garantee they have not received the item back? On the customer service line they say it is only a process I have to wait but they have no idea when the courier company will deliver back the item. How can we trust a company like Nisbets as they treat customers with such disrespect.
I really want my money back as I have no item and I could also have the service.
I really advice all of you not to purchase a thing from this company.

Mattress Next Day

NEXT DAY? They are a joke.

I am having a very bad experience with this company. I purchased 4 mattresses and 1 bed frame and I asked to be delivered 2 days after I placed the order. They delivered the 4 mattresses but not the bed frame.
The delivery was chaotic. I live on the first floor and on the ground floor there is a business that I am not connect to. The driver refused to bring the mattresses to the 1st floor, where my flat is located, living all in this business (God bless the Manager of the business was very helpful and helped to bring upstairs after the driver had left all out of the property.
Then I called and I was told that the bed frame with another courier and it would be delivered by 5pm. It was not and when I called at 5:15h their line was shut. I sent an email which I had no reply. I called on the following day and I spoke to another person, which gave me the same information: it will be delivered today by 5pm. I told him I was waiting to receive it one day before (2 days after the order's been placed) and he just said that as he said before it will be delivered today, as it is a favour to me, without apologising for the delay.
So they are not capable of delivering next day as they promise, 2 days later delivery is not that effective, and now it is the 3rd day and I am not sure if it will be delivered. The customer service line is awful, up to 30 mins waiting in queue and when you get through they speak to you as you have no rights to complain the item you PAID is missing.

Thank you for your review. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. Unfortunately as we use a national courier, deliveries are door to door on the ground floor. This is stated on our website before you place your order.
