Ordered a new bed frame and paid an extra £30 to have it delivered next day (Saturday). I received a text message on Saturday afternoon at 3pm telling me there was a problem with the delivery and it would now be delivered on Tuesday. I wasted my whole day at home waiting for a service I had paid for, to then be told the bed was going to be delivered on Tuesday which isn't convenient to me. What is worse I have made numerous phone calls to the company, mostly being cut off - and when successful in queueing I was left waiting for 45 minutes without once talking to a human being!!!!!!!!!!! I have e-mailed the company demanding they phone me by close of play, to which I have heard nothing. Stay well clear from this company, I wish I had read the reviews before hand. Great products at a great price.... but really not worth the hassle and headache that goes with it. I never take the time to review, but this incident has frustrated me so much and I hope other people read the copious amounts of other bad reviews before placing an order - I wish I had. Always pay with a credit card so that the bank can go after the refund on your behalf.
