[LoveCases #FST-636352]: Return of Order # 300025144. I returned an order for a camera case on 4th November 2013 to this company. For the past 7 weeks I have been trying to get a refund following the return. This has resulted in over 20 emails confirming my refund would be paid 'in the next few days' by our 'accounts department'. The value of the order was less than £15 and I have twice given account details for payment but with no luck. An awful experience which I will be sure not to repeat. Avoid at all costs, the attitude of their customer service team is disgraceful. Ben
I ordered an Canon S110 Powershot from this company which was shown as 'in-stock' on their website. The money was taken from my account the day after my order was placed. I checked my order status regularly only to find after 12 days it was still processing - it had not even been dispatched! After reading similar negative experiences from people on this website I decided to cancel my order immediately and request a full refund. It has been a further 12 days since I requested my refund and I have not received my money back. The pace at which this company operates is terrible. I have sent repeated emails requesting information on my refund only to be told it will be in my account within a 'few' days - this is totally unacceptable. In a world where internet banking transactions happen instantly, why does it take 12 days to process a refund from a cancelled order? They were quick enough to take my money when I placed the order - why not refund it just as quickly? - a complete disgrace of a company.
