Would use them again

You can't fault the value for money.

Don't bank on the four day in-store pick-up time advertised on-line.

They should be honest and say 4-6 days. Looses them one star.

The store phones when the goods are ready for collection, which is great, although the website tracking says goods are on their way (?)

No response from my email. Needed TrustPilot's Intevention.

Took the payment from my cc the day after I ordered from their site. The site stated the item I ordered was in stock.

Their automated email informed me that I would receive a response within two days and the delivery woul be within 5 days.

After a few days of no response, I responded to their email enquiring about my order status.

I've heard nothing since.

Is this site genuine? Or are they are a rip-off?

Since using TrustPilot, my order was shipped and was received after two days, so have updated my star rating from 1 to 3. Rattling cages like this to get stuff shipped will turn customers off in droves. These guys need to understand that online shopping is very competitive. In the last year, the time between placing an order and receiving the goods has decreased a lot. Sometimes the goods turn up before the emailed shipping advice!

To answer my own question, the site is genuine and they are not rip-off merchants. They just don't understand how to run a business or keep their customers.

Do what other online sellers often don't!

So what is that?

1] Value-for-money items - not overpriced.
2] Reasonable postage and packing charges.
3] Quick order turnaround with email confirmation.
4] Good delivery times which are honoured.

Result?

Return business!
