Poorly described product, made to pay for postage

I ordered a shirt from Jules B - the sizing (neck size) description on the shirt was wrong, which meant it was too large when it arrived.

Despite this being the fault of Jules B, I was not offered a refund on the postage cost incurred.

Will not be using again.

We are sorry to hear that you received an incorrect size. We do size the 1 like no other shirts differently and there unfortunately was an issue with this shirt.

We can confirm that since your order this has been corrected. If you had contacted us regarding the problem we would of been able to provide a free courier collection so that you would not incur a cost. Please forward us a copy your postage receipt and we will be able to reimburse you immediately.
