I bought a stoves wine cooler which broke after just one week. I have been told I need to wait three weeks for an engineer to come round to confirm its faulty before I can get an exchange/refund. This took about 3 1/2 hours of conversations between several staff to arrange. I just kept getting transferred between stoves and Curry's and another co who I'm not even sure who they were. After they have sold the product they do not care one jot about the aftercare. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!
