I ordered an ipad mini in may 2013. It was never delivered though payment was made.
In contacting the company they promised to refund, but now it is almost five month later and I am still emailing..... In the correspondence following every answer is the same: 'My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured we will help rectify the matter for you. I have already alerted the Relevant Department so that they can immediately investigate the matter internally as well.
Nobody seems to be responsible at chatandvision or capable of solving problems
