Arrived next day via 1st class post
Called local GSF branch to enquire about the part which I could not find on their online site. They could supply later same day. Asked about delivery. Told it'd be £5.95 from the branch. I said if bought on-line p&p would be free. No probs, guy gave me the product code, so I bought on-line. free next day saved a 18 mile round trip. All in all another great experience with GSF

Item is exactly as specified.
Well packed with all cables, media and user manuals. HDD formats as requested.
Having built my own PCs for many years I decided to let someone else take the hassle. It cost £40 more (component cost) to buy from PCS, but it was def worth it.
Only down side, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive.
