Refunds HA!

I bought a Grade 'A' Nook simple touch from them in August and when it arrived it has the power button missing, so I contacted them and received a helpful email a couple of days later telling me how to return the item.
I returned it and contacted them on 5th September asking how my refund was going and the told me they had received it and it would be processed shortly.
Today, 4 emails later, they are still telling me that;
Usually, the return is processed within 5-7 working days once we are in receipt of the returned order; however, as we received a lot more returns this time around, the turn around time to complete these returns had increased. Nonetheless, our WeSell team is working towards having these returns completed as soon as they can.
This is almost 3 weeks later, (nearly 21 working days [YES I count weekends as working days as CEX are open on weekends]), perhaps if they didn't sell so much faulty merchandise or mis-represent quality on their site, they wouldn't get so much back.

We've made substantial changes to our operation to stop refunds taking so long. I apologise that you experienced this, and hope future transactions are much sweeter!
