Great product and exceptional service

I've received one shirt and have just placed an order for 2 more. I've had quite a few questions along the way and their customer services have been very helpful. The reason I'd recommend them so highly is their flexibility, they seem to be able to do anything, more so than bespoke shirt makers I have visited in person before.

Questionable customer service and delivery

Made two orders with next day delivery. The first came without issue, the second was a day late. However the reason I'm unhappy is I did chase the order up on the day it was supposed to be dispatched and received an initial response from customer services. I replied explaining I was going away and requested confirmation that it had been sent on time. I got no response to two emails on the matter. I was very unimpressed as I think they were just ignoring me hoping I'd be happy when I got my parcel. However I didn't get my parcel and had to leave for my trip without the items I needed. I now have to pay to return them as well.

No problems

No issues, was a little disappointed with the flavour of the hazelnut and the vanilla coffees. However the maple and walnut was really good.

Loaf

Pretty good

Happy with the product (ordered 2 x retro beds) and was a little anxious about the build quality as I saw them in the showroom and they were a bit wobbly. I was told that they needed tightening and obviously got abused in store. Certainly the beds are very sturdy so it doesn't look like it's an issue at all.

Was a bit disappointed with the chaps who put them together (all part of the service) as they damaged the floors (pine boards) quite a bit setting them up. I didn't say anything at the time as it was a bit awkward. My advice would be to ensure there are two people to put each together (there were two of them but they did one each) so they don't get dragged on the floor as they are very heavy items.

Pretty good

Happy with the table so far.

Delivery could have been better as they were reluctant to take away the packaging (so reluctant that they didn't). Not a huge deal but I have another table coming tomorrow and will be a little more insistent this time that the packaging is taken away.
