They keep asking you to buy extra things. Then even after you have refused they try to trick you into buying extras by putting them in the cart, you have to then remove them. I made a mistake and wanted to cancel my order but they couldn't cancel it because it had been 'Forwarded'. They told me to refuse the delivery. Item was ordered at weekend despatched monday, apparently it was out for delivery yesterday (wednesday) although it seems no attempt was made. Today (thursday) an attempt was made at 18:40, as it is a work address no one was in. I have been receiving parcels from royal mail and couriers all week so I can only conclude that the courier firm they have used (bpost) is useless.
I was unsure about ordering from an online kitchen service so I ordered some door samples and from that took the chance that the kitchen would all be of the same quality. The quality is much better than a similar priced one that you would get at one of the high street DIY stores. When it arrived one of the cabinets was wrong, it was a custom request so no one was to blame as such it was just a mis-understanding but anyway they offered to refund or replace the item with no hassle. The kitchen also came with shortbread and tea bags inside the fittings box. Perfect.
