I purchased a 12x16 canvas wrap, firstly there was a problem with the upload, but the team emailed me and asked me to resend the image - first problem solved.
I receive the item in good time, however, the printing is not great, on the canvas folds are cracks which show the white canvas under the printing, the top and bottom edges are undulating, not straight where the canvas is wrapped. it looks very poor quality and I'm not satisfied.
I emailed to asked about this and either get a reprint or refund and I have had no response - I have called numerous time to speak to someone and get an engage tone constantly.
The canvas is a birthday gift and I am running out of time to solve this I will have to get it printed elsewhere and ask for a refund if none get's back to me in time.
I'm hoping that I will get a call back when this is seen!
