I bought some Karrimor items, convertible trousers, shorts t-shirts. Really poor quality and poor sizing; t-shirt far too small for the size, convertible trousers far too long, cheap feeling materials and finish. I returned all items at some considerable cost to myself with the promise of a full refund including £3.99 shipping. The refund for goods was prompt, but they did not refund the shipping costs nor did they reply to any of my emails. I give them one star for replying to my message via sportsdirect's facebook page and I did receive my refund this way, but I only suspect that was due to my campaign of negative comments to all their posts.
The shop also has a policy of not giving refunds even though they do not have fitting rooms in their stores - if it doesn't fit we'll give you a credit note or gift card! I'll pay more for my goods rather than shop here in future.
Very prompt delivery, but tracking and texts were inaccurate - on Thursday text said within 2 working days (Friday or Monday I supposed). Tracking service on line told me delivery expected Saturday. This led to me calling their 0800 number, which I had to search for on Google by the way, to tell Yodel not to deliver on Saturday (office closed) only to be told not to worry already delivered.
So very fast and efficient delivery 10/10, A* etc., but could do better for tracking and other communications attempting to keep me informed. B minus there I'm afraid.
However I must recommend, after all delivery is the most important thing here, so an overall 9/10 I think.
