This was a great way to see the city, especially on rainy days. We used the bus while on holiday to see places we wouldn't have gotten to on our own, and to give our feet a bit of a break from all the walking. It's a bit of a slow journey due to London traffic -- not to be used if you're in any sort of a rush! The audio tour is great, but the live option is best as sometimes the audio can be a bit spotty, and you have to fiddle with your headphones to get it to work. Minor complaints aside, we'd do it again in an instant. The staff was great, polite, and helpful. Best part was the older gentleman giving the live tour. "Your language is your history," he said. Funny, clever and vastly entertaining!
