Have used them before, would use them again.
I ordered some unusual ducting components on Saturday evening, on the Sunday they sent me an E-mail stating they did not have them all in stock, & that the components would be sent "directly to you from the manufacturer" on Tuesday they arrived.
I the past their telephone line has given me friendly helpful advice, including the warning that if I wanted to collect from their Littlehampton outlet to call first to insure all the bits were in stock.
The ducting is well made with close fit, joints do not slop around & therefore require less tape to secure the joint.

not a fast moving company, from my email record, over a week to be dispatched & if my memory serves me correctly then some time before delivery.
The £75.95 Battery arrived too late for the holiday :-(
Just over a year later they ask me for a revew.
3 stars is given for a acceptable experience, which ended with the promised product being delivered in the desired quality.
If it is not common order in plentey of time. the battery worked well this March holiday
