Great Product, Even Better Service!
I bought a skin for my new phone which though took a while to ship, the quality of the product is well worth the wait. What really stood out though was the company's great service.
I accidental over stretched one part of the skin and upon contacting the seller asking how much it would cost me for a replacement, they quickly responded to me and helped with my issue. They quickly set up an invoice for the replacement (at a discounted rate I might add (I was willing to pay more for my mistake though)) and dispatched it the following day.
With the replacement received and attached, I am now a happy bunny!! :D
Aria
Good service but site does look rather daunting
I used Aria back in 2007 to build a custom PC. Very easy to use and the support were friendly. Delivery was more then adequate as well.
However, upon looking at aria recently to purchase another system, their site has changed quite a bit and I did feel a bit lost. Maybe that is down to my lack of understanding of recent CPUs and what not as my knowledge is not that update to date really.
Anyway! Good service overall!

I can't make my mind up!
Every time I want to buy a computer from Dell, I cannot make my mind up to spend that little extra to make the computer better. Damn the customisation options!
Prices can be over priced but overall, the service is decent. Though the business contacts who keep calling about my account manager changing can be very annoying at times.

Website is easy to use as well as ordering. The product was quickly dispatched and delivered in very good timing but it would be nice to have known as soon it was dispatched!

Excellent service, product and prices
Amazon.co.uk is one of my fav places to shop online. Products sent from Amazon.co.uk never have an issue what so ever and orders always sent in a timely manner. Orders with 3rd party sellers though are a hit and miss on some occasions.

The seller was extraordinarily kind! I ordered the wrong item by mistake and they replied very fast when I wrote to notify the problem. They advised me what to do and told me how they would proceed. I received shortly after a refund and ordered the correct item, it all happened fast and without any inconvenience! The mattress is AMAZING. I'm very, very happy with them!!

Fast and efficent
Excellent and pleasant company to deal with. Get the job done right the first time and the drivers are always helpful. However, as the last review has mentioned, this courier company is a franchise so some depots are not up to scratch like out local depot is.
