I was in Punta Cana, dom reb, Caribbean with Condor from Frankfurt.
The service on the flight was excellent. Stewardesses were as international as anywhere. All the other areas: Anybody can buy a trip in web. After the last click your only point of contact are two channels which do not meet. You can call, but service is in German. They send you e-mails which cannot be answered directly. It says in terms and conditions that trips are sold only in German speaking countries in Europe. Thou, our money was good. You need an address in Germany to get tickets posted. They never arrived, so they were finally sent as PDFs - service center had luckily a Russian girl speaking English. Lots of hassle before the trip.
There were lots of people outside of Germany and Austria. Just wonder how they all handled the same problems.
Next time want to have peace of mind already before holiday and pick some other carrier.
