Item paid for and never got

Worst online company I've ever had dealings with!!!! Item was ordered after 2weeks still had not arriver. So I rang them and they had no idea what happened even tho the money had been taken out but said it would be sent out in 1week. Again after 2weeks a total of 4weeks since it was first ordered I rang and rang and finaly got through again and with no answer to my question I canclled the order!

I only give 1 rating star as there is nothing lower !!!!!
