I placed my order on Sunday. It left Bella Barista late Monday. It was sent by DPD and this company has been a disappointment. The export documents got "lost" and they seem to have failed to contact Bella Barista right away about this. As a result the package was sitting in their warehouse for almost 3 days. The staff at Bella Barista was excellent and very helpful in sorting this out and the package is now finally on it's way, but because of the weekend it will be delayed about 5 days.
