Ordered a phone for a christmas present, which didnt arrive for a couple of weeks. When it did it wasnt even the right colour. So i emailed them and they said it wasnt in stock, so they thought they'd send the silver phone instead. Wasnt impressed. Then, about a two weeks ago the phone broke. So I contacted them to find out how to return it and all they did was send me a copy of my invoice, with no writing or explaination. So i emailed again and told them the problem and their reply was of no help. Then on the third email they said it was a sony ericsson warranty. So I emailed to ask to I deal with SE directly and the reply was "Yeah, if you want". To sum things up, 1)Completely useless in terms of helping. 2) Phone was overpriced. 3) Wasnt what I ordered. 4) Basic packaging with the phone. Didnt even get an instruction manual.
