Great London hotel deal, then upgraded

I got a good deal on TravelStay for a cheap london hotel in Notting Hill. I had booked to arrive on the same day and then I found out the hotel was overbooked :( Then a lady at TravelStay called to say that they were upgrading me free of charge to a superior hotel, and the new hotel was much nicer and with full English breakfast for me and my boyfriend.
Very happy with the new hotel in Paddington, thanks lady at TravelStay (sorry forgot your name!) :)
