Been with them for over 8 years, good service so far. Few problems here and there but nothing that wouldn't happen elsewhere. Opened a business account recently and I felt the lady went out of her way to sort everything for me :)
is what I was told when they tried to deliver my phone and noone could give me a straight answer... well there was one, but that's not what I wanted to hear. Unless you stumble upon this ONE person who actually wanted to help me.
So to you my good Sir I thank you and give 5 Stars!

Even though I used to send parcels out via them, to deliver a phone from EE was a nightmare. Customer service was pathetic. Question is why do you bother giving us "time between" information when you just go and ignore it? "Yes Sir they can deliver up to an hour before the scheduled time". WTF??? good job you just told me! One customer service tells me they can't come back as that's not what they do. The next day customer service tells me yes they would come back if rang within some lets say 30 minutes slot. again what??????? So I call EE they say yes we can deliver on Saturday, but I'd have to speak to courier, so I ring uk mail and they say NO we never deliver Saturday. Let's play pass the parcel (not literally or I'd have it hahaha). So I had it redelivered to the office, having waited all day and rang depo 3 times being told to ring within 30 mins, when I rang then i was told they have 1 hour response, so I asked why was I told 30 mins --- no answer. Rand 3rd time only to be told that the wrong label was printed at the depo and that the parcel went to my home address again (even though tracking read the office address) another day wasted. Before "missing" the firsts time I rearragned over SMS which was ignored and delivery attempted... You only get 3 attempts before the phone is sent back. So I lost the battle... decided to drive 30 miles to depo to pick it up myself!
Stay away! never ever have I had to deal with such a bad company! notice how every bad review is being contested by this company? well there's a reason for that!
downvalued phone and weeks and weeks of promises that the phone was sent back, it finally came back but I ended up paying £8.95! hands off
